Service Design –our Service Designers can make a contribution by advising, from their experience, of what makes a service ‘user friendly’ and identifying issues, pitfalls and pain points to avoid, that limit the effectiveness of processes/services.
Behavioural Science (Nudge) – our Behavioural Scientists can make a vital contribution by helping to frame the language in communications that are is more likely to get the desired behaviour /reaction/ response wanted.
Systems Modelling – our System Dynamics Modellers use this excellent analytical tool for understanding the dynamics of a system, including immediately identifying unintended consequences of policies/processes, gaps, leverage points within systems, to improve impact and outcomes.
Strategic Insight – our Strategic Insight Facilitators support public sector leaders to develop strategic and policy responses to complex issues, by harnessing the collective energy and intelligence of key stakeholders and subject matter experts in structured workshops.
The Lab may be able to offer pro bono subject to further discussion and availability of resources.
